Monument signs like the one we made for Valencia Marketplace are the gold standard for shopping centers. They allow tenants to change or update their names without replacing the whole sign. 

It’s essential to design them to complement the mall’s architectural feel.

Finneys Crafthouse Restaurant Signs in Stevenson Ranch

Finney’s Crafthouse is a family-owned American tavern chain specializing in craft beer and made-from-scratch globally-inspired cuisine. 

After helping them develop sign programs for 11 locations from San Luis Obispo to Laguna Beach, we were excited to hear they are opening a new location in Stevenson Ranch.

Channel Letters

Each Finney’s location has signs with specific needs. 

Since their Stevenson Ranch location is in a shopping mall, it must be seen from a distance. We used channel letters so the business name would stand out day or night.

We installed channel letter signs outdoors on three sides. 

We added barn lighting to the sign facing the parking lot, which gives it an extra flare when you walk up.

Hand-Painted Signs

To give the building a more custom feel, we added a hand-painted “F logo” sign in the top corner, as seen from the parking lot.

There is also a black “F logo” graphic above the bar, only at the Stevenson Ranch location.

Neon Sign

Inside the restaurant, there is a neon sign with the tagline “Craft Beer Spoken Here.” This sign is in all their restaurants.

Toppers Pizza Place in Canyon Country and Valencia are beloved local favorites that provide great pizza dining experiences with quality food, drinks, and service in a casual, dog-friendly atmosphere.

GrowGeneration Sign Installation in Santa Clarita, CA

GrowGeneration runs specialty stores for organic gardening and hydroponics, providing various growing solutions.

Starting with the outdoor business sign. This channel letter sign uses both front and backlit channel letters. They are one of the most popular sign types for businesses because they look great in the daytime and at night.

Several signs make up the sign system inside Sharky’s in all their locations. One of their main signs is their tagline, “Feel Good About Eating.” This externally lit channel letter sign is mounted on the wall.

We did three signs for Mācher in the Calle Real Shopping Center.

The first outdoor business sign is a halo-lit channel letter with a modern look matching the brand.

As you get closer, passersby can see a hanging sign above as they walk along the mall—part of the sign system used in the shopping center.

Inside Mācher is a dimensional letter sign mounted on the wall as you walk in.

Mission Refill – Front-Lit Channel Letters & Blade Sign

Also in the Calle Real Shopping Center in Goleta managed by The Towbes Group.

Mission Refill is a sustainable living store that allows customers to bring their own empty containers and fill them with a variety of commonly used household goods.

For Mission Refill we created two signs: the Standard front-lit channel letters as you see below and the second sign is a blade sign that hangs under the roof above the sidewalk in front of the store.

Montecito Bank & Trust – Front-Lit Channel Letters

Montecito Bank & Trust is a locally owned community bank founded in 1975. The bank is known for its ongoing support of the community through unique giving.

It has multiple branches in Santa Barbara and Ventura County.

We do all their signs, including this Goleta Branch at 658 Calle Real, Goleta, CA 93117.

Trimnasium Dog Grooming – Front-Lit Channel Letters

Trimnasium Dog Grooming in Goleta offers a range of services for pets, including Hydrosurge baths, coat de-matting, flea treatment, toenail clipping, and anal gland expression.

The shop is known for its personal care and friendly atmosphere, and it has a canine mascot named Scout.

The Trimnasium sign was part of a series we did for Calle Real Center. The owner renovated the property, and when they did, they ordered new signs for all the tenants.

Beauty Salon V – Halo-Lit Channel Letters

Beauty Salon V in Goleta offers a variety of services, including haircuts, styling, and other beauty treatments. The salon is known for its professional and talented hairstylists and provides services such as wedding parties, kids’ cuts, professional styling, updos, coloring, trims, and highlights.

Country Catering Company is a well-established catering company that has been serving the communities of Goleta and Santa Barbara for over 50 years.
