The Valencia Marketplace Monument Sign
Monument signs like the one we made for Valencia Marketplace are the gold standard for shopping centers. They allow tenants to change or update their names without replacing the whole sign.
It’s essential to design them to complement the mall’s architectural feel.
Finneys Crafthouse Restaurant Signs in Stevenson Ranch
Finney’s Crafthouse is a family-owned American tavern chain specializing in craft beer and made-from-scratch globally-inspired cuisine.
After helping them develop sign programs for 11 locations from San Luis Obispo to Laguna Beach, we were excited to hear they are opening a new location in Stevenson Ranch.
Channel Letters
Each Finney’s location has signs with specific needs.
Since their Stevenson Ranch location is in a shopping mall, it must be seen from a distance. We used channel letters so the business name would stand out day or night.
We installed channel letter signs outdoors on three sides.
We added barn lighting to the sign facing the parking lot, which gives it an extra flare when you walk up.
Hand-Painted Signs
To give the building a more custom feel, we added a hand-painted “F logo” sign in the top corner, as seen from the parking lot.
There is also a black “F logo” graphic above the bar, only at the Stevenson Ranch location.
Neon Sign
Inside the restaurant, there is a neon sign with the tagline “Craft Beer Spoken Here.” This sign is in all their restaurants.
Toppers Pizza Place Restaurant Signs in Valencia & Canyon Country
Toppers Pizza Place in Canyon Country and Valencia are beloved local favorites that provide great pizza dining experiences with quality food, drinks, and service in a casual, dog-friendly atmosphere.
As Topper’s sign company, we’ve worked with them on all 10 locations to create inspiring signs with local style.
Their Canyon Country and Valencia restaurants are no exception.

The Canyon Country location is the former Homes and Land Bank building. They decided to keep the bank as a theme and highlighted some of its elements, like the vault, a safe, Dropbox, and other interesting items that weren’t removed but incorporated into the restaurant’s appeal.
Channel Letters
The building uses front and back channel letter signs and several hand-painted signs inside.

Design Masonry, Inc. is a well-known premier masonry contractor in California.
They came to us looking for a custom neon sign to add more wow factor inside their offices.
As one of California’s last few sign shops that creates custom-made neon signs in-house, they knew they had come to the right place.
GrowGeneration Sign Installation in Santa Clarita, CA
GrowGeneration runs specialty stores for organic gardening and hydroponics, providing various growing solutions.
When GrowGeneration took over Commercial Grow Supply in Santa Clarita, they had us put up custom graphic signs in their new store.
These signs were “ship-ins,” meaning a sign company from outside the area hired us to install them at the new Santa Clarita location.
Sunrise Senior Living Post and Panel Sign in Valencia
Sunrise at Sterling Canyon offers a personalized, wellness-focused lifestyle for its assisted living and memory care residents in Valencia.
They needed a simple yet attractive post-and-panel sign to guide drivers into their entryway, which needed to match the other signs on the property.
